Who We Are

We are hot sauce addicts turned creators from Cork, Ireland. A background in Food Science has given us a passion for developing unforgettable flavours from all-natural ingredients.

Using our extended families as guinea pigs, we developed our core products (No.19, No.28 and No.32) at our kitchen in Glanmire back in 2021. Since then we have had so much fun playing with different ingredients to create flavour combinations that provide an organoleptic explosion.

Use whole fruit and veg

Juice the fruit we use

Put hot sauce on everything (not just food)
